Regional Sales Manager

Overview

As part of Bronto’s New York team, the Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in helping us expand our top line revenue and client list for 2016 and beyond.

Responsibilities

We are seeking sales performers who are competitive, outgoing and enjoy owning their own sales territory.  Candidates should have a proven track record of sales excellence and experience in owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Hunters are welcome.  Farmers are not.

 


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and driving new business through smart prospecting and networking.  The role will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan, executing against it through effective pipeline management and meeting/exceeding a quarterly sales quota.

 

Qualifications

 

  • BS/BA degree with 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Experience with web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications or related
  • Prior experience selling directly to C-level executives
  • Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales planning, sales strategy development and pipeline management
  • Previous formal sales training is a plus
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills – strong phone skills are required
  • Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office or related CRM applications
